Executive Assistant (Chinese speaking)

Job responsibilities:

  •  Full administrative and business management support;
  • translation of corporate materials (reviews, articles etc.) from Russian to Chinese and vice versa;
  • search, processing and review of the necessary information in Chinese;
  • translation of incoming and outgoing mails (Chinese);
  • participation in negotiations with foreign customers and partners;
  • drafting business letters, presentations, etc.;
  • prompt communication with third party organizations and business partners;
  • manager’s project activities (communicating with calligraphy artists worldwide);
  • other assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • at least 3 years of similar experience;
  • fluent Chinese (second language is a plus);
  • ability to multi-task, flexibility, good communication skills;
  • knowledge of business etiquette, maintaining business dress-code;
  • ability to work with large volumes of data and to prioritize;
  • advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • fluent Chinese

Job conditions:

  • Location near Sokolniki metro station;
  • working hours: Monday to Friday, the nature of business may require working weekends (to be compensated);
  • employment in compliance with the RF Labour Code;
  • salary to be agreed.
